1. Introduction

Welcome to ugetswag.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

• You agree that you are 18+ years of age to place orders.
• You represent that your information is accurate, truthful, and complete.

3. Product Listings & Pricing

• We strive for accuracy but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct prices or descriptions and cancel orders if necessary.
• Prices include VAT/GST where applicable.

4. Order Acceptance & Dispatch

• Your order is accepted when you receive a dispatch confirmation email.
• Products are marked as “dispatched” once handed to a delivery/courier partner.
• Once an order is dispatched and signed for at delivery, NO returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed. Please check your product thoroughly before you sign for your order with our dispatch personnel.

5. Payment

• We accept payments via Paystack and Flutterwave using secure SSL encryption.
• Orders are processed after successful payment authorization.

6. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery times are estimated; we are not liable for delays due to courier or force majeure events.
• Risk transfers to you when the courier delivers and you (or an authorized person) sign for the order.

7. Contact us

• All orders within Lagos are fulfilled within 48 hours. Orders outside Lagos need at least five (5) business days to fulfil.

• We may request your phone number for a call back in some cases.

8. Return or Refund Policy

• Unless Section  4 applies, all sales are final after dispatch and delivery confirmation.
• Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once they have been signed for.
• You may request an appropriate item or request a refund through the dispatch personnel.
• In case of a refund, fill out the “Request for Refund” form on our website with all the order details.
• All refunds will take 48 – 72 hours to process.

9. Wardrobe Abuse

• Purchases intended only for use with the intent to return (e.g., “wardrobing”) may result in blocked purchases and account suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item.
• We’re not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits or reputational damage.
• Nothing in these T&C limits liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, logos on the site are our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

12. Privacy

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer), and in line with data protection laws.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These T&C are governed by Nigerian law.
• Disputes will be handled in courts located in Lagos, Nigeria, unless resolved via mediation.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time; the “Last Updated” date will reflect changes.
• Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
